ACT Companion Dog Club

Fee changes effective 1st September 2011

At the AGM on August 9th, 2011, it was decided that in order to maintain financial viability, the club had to restructure the fees. Accordingly, the prices were set as detailed here.

Our new membership and membership renewal forms have been updated to reflect the new fees.

Concessions are available. Please contact the club office for full details and eligibility.

• New Membership Application To join the Club, download this application form and information sheet.
  
  
• Membership Renewal This form is used to renew Club membership (note: use the New Membership Application when joining for the first time).
  
  
• Agility Intake Pack This gives some background to Agility and includes an Intake Form. This form must be completed and returned to the office to ensure that you and your dog are placed on the Agility waiting list.
  
  
• DWD Intake Form This is used to provide the DWD instructors with background information on you, your dog and your interest in the sport. If you want to enrol in DWD, please complete this form and return it to us (with your membership application form if you are a new membership applicant).
  
  
• Notification of Title This form is used to notify the Club of any Titles achieved throughout the year - this information is needed for the presentation ceremony at the end of each year. If you want recognition for any Titles, then this form must be filled in.

After completing your Application or Renewal form, you can scan and email it to contact@actcdc.org.au if paying by direct credit or you can post it to the Club at PO Box 4048, Kingston, ACT 2604 or deliver it in person to the Club during office hours or during obedience class training times.
